JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Resolving the queries of the customers who would be buying products from our E-Commerce portal.
  • Providing knowledge on products & services to the US customers
  • Capable of handling e-mails and chats
  • Capable of handling Customer queries & complaints
  • Helping to develop strong customer relationship
  • Constantly following up with the customers whenever required

SKILL SET REQUIRED

Any Fresher candidate would be considered but he should possess excellent written & oral communication skills.
