- Resolving the queries of the customers who would be buying products from our E-Commerce portal.
- Providing knowledge on products & services to the US customers
- Capable of handling e-mails and chats
- Capable of handling Customer queries & complaints
- Helping to develop strong customer relationship
- Constantly following up with the customers whenever required
SKILL SET REQUIRED
Any Fresher candidate would be considered but he should possess excellent written & oral communication skills.
