Return Eligibility

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the damaged product is securely packaged in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the damaged product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking information.

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the damage.
  2. Approval: If the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement, as per your request, within 15
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that are not damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
